NOTE: All pieces are handmade to order in the studio. Please allow 4-5 weeks for item to be made and shipped. Orders are shipped on Friday and Saturdays. We can sometimes rush ship depending on the time and item. Please email pax @ BEBEATI.com if you are looking for your item in a rush. Additional charges for rush shipment will be applied.
CANCELLATION
Items are made to order. You may cancel your order anytime before 48 hours after the purchase is made. However, after the 48 hours, customer will receive a refund for the price paid minus a 15% cancellation fee.
Your satisfaction is important to us. All items are inspected before being packaged at studio. Customers may exchange most unused items within seven days from the date of delivery with reason for return. Customers will receive 100% refund if the item received is in result of our error (i.e. received incorrect item; image, gemstone, metal and/or size). Customers who change their mind will be refunded what was paid minus a 15% restock fee. Rings that were ordered incorrectly, can not be exchanged. Please use the ring size guide to assure your correct fit. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges back to the studio. An email must be sent to pax @ bebeati.com as soon as possible for resolution on all returns, exchanges request. Once the customer's email is reviewed and approved, they will receive an email with further instructions. Items returned without proper email authorization will not be accepted.
For approved returns, customer can expect to receive a full refund within four weeks after their package is received back in the studio. However, in many cases the customer will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive customer's return from the shipping company (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process customer's return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes customer's bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Free domestic (US) shipping on orders over $150 (no code needed). Orders ships via USPS First Class. Shipments are sent out on Tuesdays and
s only. BEBEATI is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been dropped off to the post office. All packages go out with tracking.
