Promotional sharing is permitted only with prior written consent from BEBEATI and must include proper credit and a direct website link. Permission may be revoked at any time.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

BEBEATI retains all rights, title, and interest in:

  • Handmade jewelry designs

  • Custom and original design concepts

  • Engraving styles and personalization formats

  • Product photography and styling

  • Branding elements

  • Written marketing language

No license or ownership rights are transferred through use of this website.

Unauthorized duplication, reproduction, imitation, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any design or content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Product Representation & Handmade Variations

BEBEATI makes every effort to accurately display products. However:

  • Colors, finishes, textures, and gemstone tones may vary slightly due to lighting and device displays.

  • Handmade items may contain natural variations.

  • Slight differences are not considered defects.

5. Custom, Engraved, Personalized & Made-to-Order Items

The following items are non-refundable and final sale:

  • Engraved items

  • Personalized items

  • Custom-designed jewelry

  • Made-to-order pieces

  • Rings ordered in incorrect sizes by the customer

  • Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

Due to the customized nature of these products, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the error is the direct result of BEBEATI.

Customers are responsible for confirming all customization details, engraving text, spelling, dates, and ring sizing before placing an order.

6. Returns & Exchanges (Non-Custom Items Only)

Your satisfaction is important to us. All items are inspected before shipment.

Most unused, unworn, non-custom items may be returned or exchanged within seven (7) days of delivery.

Eligibility requirements:

  • Item must be unused and unworn

  • Returned in original condition and packaging

  • Free from damage or alteration

Items returned without prior written authorization will not be accepted.

Our Error

If the return is due to our error (incorrect item, incorrect gemstone, incorrect metal, incorrect size, or listing discrepancy), a full refund or replacement will be provided.

Change of Mind

If returning for personal reasons:

  • Refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee

  • Original shipping is non-refundable

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Return Authorization Process

To initiate a return, customers must email:

Approved returns will receive written instructions. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Refunds are processed within approximately four (4) weeks after receipt, though often sooner.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania. You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Nothing herein limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.

14. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

Before initiating legal action, parties agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting BEBEATI.

If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Pennsylvania under applicable arbitration rules.

You agree:

  • No class actions

  • No class arbitration

  • Arbitration is individual only

  • Decision is final and binding

BEBEATI may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
