A: OOPS. We just haven't gotten around to it or it skipped us. Please message us using the form below and let us know the piece you are interested in.
Q: IS BEBEATI JEWELRY ETHICALLY MADE?
A: Yes, BEBEATI jewelry is ethically and sustainably made. Our material is recycled by our trusted refinery vendor, all productions are done in our studio which means it is not mass produced.
Q: CAN I VISIT THE STUDIO TO PICKUP MY ORDER?
A: Unfortunately no, we are a working studio not open to the public.

Q: DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?
A: Not at this time. If interested, please send us a message below and we will notify you if future opportunities arise.
Q: CAN BEBEATI HANDLE MASS PRODUCTION?
A: BEBEATI is an artist base shop. We do not mass produce our jewelry pieces.
Q: WHAT IS GOLD FILLED?
A: Simply said, gold filled is composed of a solid gold layer mechanically bonded to either sterling silver or a base metal. Gold-filled is legally required to contain 5% or 1/20 gold by weight. For this reason, our pieces are quite durable given the proper care.

Q: HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
A: Free shipping on US orders over $250+ code: USFREESHIP [First Class Mail]
Domestic shipping: $8.50
International shipping cost depends on the country. Prior to finalizing your purchase, after entering the address you will be provided with the cost of shipping for your country's region. We recommend to all our International customer's to read our "International Shipping Disclaimer". If you have trouble checking out from a foreign country, please email us using the contact page and we will assist you.
Q: CAN I REQUEST A RUSH ORDER?
A: Yes, for an additional fee of $30 per piece, click here. If we are not backed up with our orders we will gladly do it free of charge. Best thing to do is email us.

Q: I PLACED MY ORDER, WHEN WILL IT BE SHIPPED?
A: YAY! Thank you! Generally between 4-6 weeks (updated 8/21). You can visit here for details on orders and production schedule
Q: I JUST PLACED MY ORDER AND REALIZED ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER, CAN I RUSH IT?
A: Not always. It will depend on how many orders we have ahead of yours. You can purchase the "Rush" service in the event we are backed up.
Q: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
A: You may cancel your order up to 48 hours after the order is placed. After the 48 hours a 15% cancellation fee is charged against the refund.

Q: I see a jewelry piece I love but don't see an option for the image I want impressed on the charm, can I change the image for another one I see in your store?
A: Yes, you can! You can send us a message below or be sure to mention it in the comment box when you proceed to checkout. Otherwise you can email us as well with your order number and indicate it there.
